We offer oversized fits with the size guide shared against each product. Please refer the size guide carefully before you make the purchase.

Our wash care instructions are available against every product you order. Please read them carefully for optimal durability of the product. Below are some of the guidelines you will find on our products

1. Machine cold wash with like colours
2. Do not bleach
3. Do not tumble dry
4. Do not dry clean
5. Dry Flat
6. Reverse warm iron

Restocking products will be on the sole discretion of Evrhood

Orders

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. You can also check the status of your order against your profile

Please check if the email hasn’t reached your junk/spam mail box. If not, reach out to support@evrhood.com and we will try our best to assist you.

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled

Payments will have to be done at the time of checkout with the options available / provided by our payment gateway partner

You can download the invoice from your profile on www.evrhood.com or write to us at support@evrhood.com for an invoice

If the money is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed yet, please wait for 48 hours to check if the amount was auto-credited back to your account. If not, please reach out to support@evrhood.com for further assistance. Do note, it may take from 7-10 business days to get a resolution in this case depending on the SLA of the bank and payment gateway.

Shipping

All domestic orders will be delivered in 7 to 10 business days.

All international orders will be delivered in 15 to 20 days. 

You should be able to track your order through your profile on www.evrhood.com. In case you don’t have a profile, a tracking link will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation. In case the product is not delivered 3 days after the expected delivery date please drop an email at support@evrhood.Com & we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipping for Prepaid orders is free for Pan India.

Shipping charges apply for Cash on Delivery

Shipping charges for the international orders will be calculated as per the location at checkout.

You cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed. Please be careful while placing the order & selecting the address.

Delivery date is defined by the shipping partner and we don’t have any control whatsoever to modify it.
